Sacred Sound

 

 

Mantra

A meditation technique used a great deal in Tibetan Buddhism is uniting the mind with the sound of a mantra. The definition of mantra is “that which protects the mind.” That which protects the mind from negativity, or which protects you from your own mind, is mantra.

When you are nervous, disoriented, or emotionally fragile, inspired chanting or reciting of a mantra can change the state of your mind completely, by transforming its energy and atmosphere. How is this possible? Mantra is the essence of sound, the embodiment of the truth in the form of sound. Each syllable is impregnated with spiritual power, condenses a deep spiritual truth, and vibrates with the blessing of the speech of the buddhas. It is also said that the mind rides on the subtle energy of the breath, the prana, which moves through and purifies the subtle channels of the body. So when you chant a mantra, you are charging your breath and energy with the energy of the mantra, and so working directly on your mind and your subtle body.

TONING

Tones and sounds are important for our vibrational frequencies. They help to change the energetic patterns or thought forms that we have been holding onto throughout our life. These tones, which acts like waves or movement, help to release the structure of negative thought forms held in the cellular memory of our body. In my healing work I use tones as a tool to move energy. By modulating the pitch and tone of a sound we can create a vibration that allows free flowing movement of energy throughout our bodies.

Deepak Chopra tells us that the average person has 60,000 thoughts a day, 90% of which are thoughts of yesterday or the future. By now most of us are holding onto hundreds or thousands or millions of thoughts. When we then have a strong feeling or emotion, it triggers all these old thoughtforms and it starts to make us feel sick. Think of thoughts as pieces of energy that cannot move.

Sound and tones, because of their oscillating vibrations, move through the old thought forms, therefore allowing movement into an area which had previously been held in the structure of the past. I believe toning is the most powerful healing technique that exist for any healer today. The best way to test this is to breathe in through your nose and blow out through your mouth. Make whatever tone(s) feels appropriate to you for about two to three minutes. Make sure there is a feeling vibration or resonance with your tone. Then take in another deep breath and your breath should be sweet. I believe when this occurs there has been a cellular shift within you.

My toning tapes have been custom designed to be used by healers and body workers to facilitate healing and clearing. These tapes can also be played in the background and will be very effective.

 

Balancing Chakras with Sound & Chanting

 

In my opinion if you want to feel balanced, charged and happy - there is nothing easier, quicker, cheaper and more natural than chant some sacred sounds.

Sound has many levels

Speech level of sound.

Priror to speech level of sound, sound goes through innumerable stages.

Stage as thought - don't recognize easily unless conscious of thought level of sound.

Before that level it exists as a pre-thought

Stages before that too - very fine levels - we can't perceive them because our mind is very gross. Like sub-atomic particles. At that level the sound becomes immensely powerful. Thats why meditation with a mantric sound is more powerful than just chanting a sound.

Chanting works on the root chakra.

Meditation Works on the sub atomic levels & atomic levels.

Have to work with both levels of consciousness. Use both chanting & meditation.

Sound goes deeper and deeper. These sounds whether aware of it or not are making significant changes. Not like superficial intellectual behavioural techniques.

Sounds work at a very fundamental level. Totally involved in reprogramming your consciousness. All the ideas, karmic impressions are all being challenged and diffused by these mantric sounds.

Make sounds part of your consciousness. Have ability to attract anything and accomplish anything.

Encourage your mind to vibrate with the frequency of the mantra. Hypnotic effect of the sound. Nothing else is important - how going to make money, develop career, find perfect partner, - not improtant - all need to do is chant the mantra and meditate on the mantra. Then you yourself become the mantra. When you become one with the mantra, there is nothing you cannot do.

All that you need to do is master the sound 'Ara Kara'. It's going to change your mind. Once your mind is changed then you can do whatever you want to do. Life will be a fulfilling experience. It is as if you are taking chemicals. And that chemicals

Ara Kara is the elixir of life. It is going to effect you in a significant way on many levels.

Limitation is a mind made concept. For spirit nothing is impossible.

A is primordial energy

Ra is the energy of fire

Ka is the first principle of matter

Ra is the energy of fire

Together Ara kara makes the great secret of removing the concept of impossibility of our mind. Everything becomes possible with Ara kara.
