Visa & Mastercard 3D Payment Security

Our web site is compliant with 3D Secure credit card technology. Depending on your card issuer, your Visa or MasterCard may already be enrolled for the Verified-by-Visa or MasterCard SecureCode schemes. These schemes ensure that your card cannot be misused on the internet as it requires cardholder authentication for every transaction. If your card is already registered, you will be redirected to your bank's website for authentication purposes. Does it cost more to order over the phone?

In cases where we take card payment over the phone there is currently a surcharge fee of £2.50 for all orders placed over the phone with total value below £50.00 GBP.

Alternative Delivery Options

We can deliver to a different address than your billing address.
To do so, please include delivery address in 'Optional Instructions' section of order when making a payment. Alternatively e-mail us with your preferences.

Cheque orders made via our online store

Our online store offers a payment by cheque ordering option. Once registered with our online store, and in the checkout payment options page please choose: 'Check / Money Order' option.

This stores the order in our online system and in your account with us and makes it easier for order tracking and printing invoice / order form.

Please allow additional 2-5 working days after cheques have been received.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Each product page has an expected postage processing time.

Ear Candles , Salt Lamps, Himalayan Salt orders sent within 1-2 working days.
Most EMF protection / detection products sent within 1-5 working days.
Wellness Filters, Water Carafes, Wellness Cartridges, sent within 5-10 working days.

( Commercial Water Distillers 14 days after cleared funds received. Payment by Bank Transfer)
( Wellness MGIII Home system 4-6 weeks. 50% deposit required. Payment by Bank Transfer)

Goods sent with 1st class mail take 1-2 working days to arrive after date of postage.

Orders sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier Delivery are normally delivered next day after date of dispatch.

Can you send goods out the same day with next day delivery?

Each product page in our online store has an expected postage processing time but we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Most of the time we post orders next working day, if orders are placed in the morning before 9am Tues - Friday we will do our best to send goods the same working day (subject to stock) as long as the 1-2 day processing time band if stated in the product description, however we cannot guarantee this.

Goods sent by 1st class mail to a mainland UK address normally arrive within 1-2 working days after posting, but this is not guaranteed.

You can add postage upgrades to your purchase in our online store (search our online store for postage upgrades) - however we cannot always guarantee your goods will be sent out the same day - in which case your postage upgarde cost would be refunded if requested.

If you would like your order delivered next day please specify in the comments section of your order or over the phone when placing your order. However you may wish to specify: 'I only want the postage upgrade as long as you can send the goods the same day, thank you.'

If your order can't be sent the same day and you've purchased a postage upgrade we may contact you to confirm if you still require the extra postage option (which may include tracking, signature and insurance).

If you order a postage upgrade / next day delivery and we can't send goods the same day, but we send them next day with next day delivery (eg. special delivery) you will not be refunded the extra postage unless you specified 'I only want the postage upgrade as long as you can send the goods the same day, thank you'

1) The product description pages usually have estimated availability / processing times
eg. 1-2 working days or 5-10 working days so one can see if reasonable waiting time.

I am not sure if my payment or order has been completed online. How do I check?

Normally when you complete an online order in our online store you should receive an automatic payment confirmation from the payments processor (eg. PayPal, SagePay etc.) as well as an email order confirmation from our online shop. Please check your spam / junk mail folders & settings as emails often go there by mistake.

I have not received a confirmation email, what shall I do?

PLEASE NOTE: Due to spam filtering some (free) email accounts for example ending. @hotmail.com, @aol.com do not receive e-mail order confirmations and email order updates sent from our online shop. To ensure you receive order confirmation please use main email accounts if possible eg. ending @btinternet.com, @ntlworld.com etc.

Do you post orders Overseas to Europe and Worldwide?
If so how much does international postage cost?

We can post most goods to overseas destinations (We are based in London, United Kingdom)

We do our best to include delivery within the price where we can (for some light items) however an additional postage charge may apply especially if the value of the order is £50.00 or more. This is to cover postage options that have tracking options (eg. International Signed for service or Courier delivery). Additional insurance / compensation is available upon request.

If you are not sure please place the order online or over the phone then we will contact you by e-mail with the additional charge if one applies.

Here is a list of international postage upgrades that you can add to your order

Often small orders to European countries may arrive within 2 - 5 working days (depending on postage method and stock availability). However for international orders please allow 1-2 weeks for goods to arrive after date of posting. Orders sometimes arrive after 2-3 weeks but this is a minority.

Please allow longer for delivery during Festive seasons like Christmas and in case of severe weather conditions.

Do you have a retail outlet where I can collect goods?

We have office premises based in SW9, London. However this is not currently a retail outlet. We can arrange for goods to be made available for collection. Please contact us before coming to the office as goods may not be available / in stock. Please allow normal delivery time or at least 1-2 working day (can be longer for some items).

Please contact us by email before coming to the office as goods need to be made ready for collection from the warehouse.

If you are not satisfied with goods received from us please contact us (by email or by phone) within 7 days of receiving delivery . Please return goods within 30 days. We do not pay postage for returns. Goods need to be in as good as new condition. We do not exchange opened, used or damaged products. Reasonable admin and restocking fees may apply if goods are not resellable.

I don't think I received a login password reset by e-mail.

The password reset emails may have been deleted or moved to the junk / spam folders.

Some mail servers filter our emails and put them in the junk / spam mail box. Please check there.

The new generated passwords are case sensitive. This means the password needs to be typed in exactly the same.

Once you've logged in you can change the password in the account options to something more memorable.
