All Polar Bear Water Distillers are constructed of high grade polished stainless steel. Built to last a life time, there is a ten-year warranty on stainless steel components. Low density incaloy sheathed heating element: Lasts longer due to extra length of elements which dissipates the heat over a larger surface. The incaloy sheath protects against corrosive chemicals in the water. Charcoal Filter: After the steam is condensed by fan cooling, the distilled water produced then passes through a granulated coconut charcoal filter. Precision Water Distillers - Countertop Units

These PWS water distillers duplicates nature's own method of purifying water. This highly reliable process for purifying water combines distillation with a high capacity activated carbon filter providing clean, great tasting water.

When manually filled, this distiller will produce approximately one gallon of pure water. Following each distillation cycle, the distiller will automatically shut off until water is again poured in the boiling chamber.

Designed with the largest lid opening in the industry and a v-bottom boiler for easy cleaning, your distiller is easier to maintain than others on the market. This distiller features high quality power and fan switches, as well as a reliable float switch that shuts off the distiller when the water level is low, protecting the heating element from burning out.

Source water is placed into the boiling chamber and brought to a boiling point. Pure steam rises to the top of the distiller and enters a baffle system, which draws steam toward a finned cooling coil system. As the steam enters the cooling coil, a gas vent releases any volatile gases from the coil. Following condensing, this hot steam becomes pure water which runs through a charcoal filter and into your storage container or optional storage tank.

The 200-L is our industrial-class distiller; with many unique and powerful features, this machine can meet any demand. One unique innovation allows a number of 200-L units to be linked together, allowing your distilled water requirements to grow without "outgrowing" your equipment.

How It Works

Manufactured from high grade stainless steel, your model 200-L is built to last a lifetime. The process begins as source water is fed into the Distiller. This water flows into a pre-heating tube. Prior to entering the boiling chamber, the water is pre-heated to near boiling point using energy from the element within the boiling chamber. Within the boiling chamber the water reaches boling point. This makes the distilling process more energy efficient. As the water reaches boiling point in the boiling chamber, steam rises and makes its way to the top of the Distiller. The ongoing and uninterrupted distilling cycle allows sufficient water is produced, in a short period of time, such that the steam rises up through the two-foot steam tower, assuring that all contaminants are eliminated prior to the water entering the cooling coils. Within the coils the cooling fan system condenses the stream into the purest of distilled water.

Precision Distiller Model PWS 45-75
(similar specs to Polar Bear PB 200L)

This automatic distiller will produce 170L (45 gallons) of pure water daily.

Source water enters the unique boiling system producing hot steam which rises, entering the baffle and pure water tower. This pure steam is then cooled by an efficient cooling system. After the steam leaves the cooling coil it proceeds as condensed, pure water through a stainless steel tube or charcoal filter to be stored in a 75 gallon storage tank. This storage tank comes complete with an ozone fitting and three pump outlet fittings. The pump kit system is plugged into the distiller and automatically shuts off if there is not a sufficient amount of water available for distribution.

All tanks are equipped with a leak free water gauge indicating the present water level.

Polar Bear Warranty

Polar Bear Water Distillers Mfg. Co. Ltd. guarantees their products against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 10 years pro-rated after 5 years on all stainless steel parts and 1 year only on all electrical components and other parts to the original purchaser only.

Any defects in parts or labor during the warranty period may be repaired or replaced without charge at any factory authorized service center. All defected parts shall be classified as "for warranty consideration". Polar Bear Water Distillers Mfg. Co. Ltd. will not be responsible for defects, damage or failure incurred by shipping, accidents, alterations, misuse, neglect, abuse or acts of God.

This warranty is not transferable and original purchaser is responsible for all freight costs to and from authorized repair centers. This warranty policy applies to residential systems only.
