Polar Bear Water Distiller
Servicing & Out of Warranty Repairs

 

If you have a fault with a Water Distiller it is generally cheaper to find a local engineer or specialist to find the fault. Then we can order in any parts you may require.

However if you would like us to check the distiller, the full unit would need to be packaged and sent to our UK service centre for assessment.

Out of warranty repair cost is approx. £50.00 per hour labour plus parts and return carriage plus VAT.

If distiller is under warranty and purchased from ourselves please confirm the original order number, purchase date and any customer details, Thank you.
