Courier Delivery Information
For orders sent by courier, for example Bottled Distilled water orders, please read this important information.
If possible please provide a valid mobile telephone number and / or e-mail address as the courier may be able to send a message with the expected delivery day.
Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and ideally ensure that someone is in to accept delivery. If this is not possible please advise an alternative delivery address or if possible please provide some additional delivery instructions in the comments section of the order which can be used where someone will be able to sign for the delivery if out (eg. leave with a specific neighbour who would be able to sign for it).
If you have provided additional delivery instructions we will pass these on to the courier, however we cannot always guarantee the courier will be able to follow all requests.
Out when delivered?
If nobody is at the property to sign for the parcel on the first delivery attempt, delivery will automatically be attempted next working day (Monday - Friday) and a card should be left with further instructions. If you wish to request a further re-delivery attempt, or if you wish to collect your item(s) from the local courier depot, please follow the instructions on the card.
PLEASE NOTE:
In some cases the courier is unable to leave a card. For instance if the delivery address is incorrect / undeliverable or if there is an intercom building with no access.
PLEASE NOTE: If goods are not delivered on those two attempts, or if there was an issue with the delivery address, the package is held at the depot for only 5 working days before it is returned to sender. If goods are returned to sender costs are incurred (please see below).
Goods not delivered yet?
If goods have not been delivered within 3 working days of expected delivery date please contact us immediately (if no card received) or the courier directly (if card received). Unfortunately in the unlikely event that goods are returned to sender non-refundable delivery costs are incurred each way (please see below).
Non delivery, Delivery refused, Returned to sender, Cancellations after dispatch
Unfortunately the courier company charges a non-refunable fee of £6.00 GBP or £12.00 or more for delivery each way (depending on the size / weight of the parcel) so in the unlikely event that the goods are returned to sender by the courier, in order to resend the order there would be an additional delivery charge to the customer of around £12.00 + VAT (for orders of 5L or 10L) or £24.00 + VAT (for orders of 20L or 40L).
Likewise if goods are no longer required but have been dispatched already the delivery cost each way is non-refundable (ie. either £12.00 + VAT (for orders of 5L or 10L) or £24.00 + VAT (for orders of 20L or 40L).

Returns Policy Overview
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund*. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and in suitable envelope or jiffy bag. Please see below for more information regarding our recommended guidelines for sending back returns.
Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period*
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
• where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
• where you are returning an entire order, we will refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred
• we will refund only standard (1st / 2nd class) postage charges for items delivered inside the UK
• we will not refund courier / tracked / signed for / special delivery costs (even if you have not specifically opted for these delivery methods but in the case that they have been used in order to deliver goods)
• we will not refund Airmail postage charges for items delivered outside the UK
• where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
We will not refund the cost of giftwrapping, your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
Items returned under the 30-day or 14-day returns guarantee*
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery (or between seven and 14 days in the case of large electrical items), and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of giftwrapping, delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
Recommended Guidelines for Sending Returns
• Please contact us before sending a return to confirm the returns warehouse address. We will not be liable for costs of postage and or transport of goods sent to the wrong address.
•
Please use suitable packaging when returning goods to make sure goods arrive as good as new.
•
Please ask for a certificate (proof) of posting or receipt at the post office. These are free and provide proof in case goods get lost or delayed.
•
Please contact us before sending a return and please advise us when goods have been posted back if possible.
•
Please include some order details (ie. Name, Address or order number) with the package.
•
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not in an acceptable condition.
Calculating Your Refund
A refund will be issued for new, unopened items and returned within 30 days of delivery. The following conditions and exceptions apply,
Partial refunds:
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of items price.
Once we have received the returns it may take a 5 to 10 business days to apply the refund. It may take longer to show up on your bank statement.

Delivery
1. The goods will be delivered to you, the buyer, at the address provided by you on the order form
2. The risk in the goods shall pass to you upon such delivery taking place
3. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. If however we are unable to deliver your goods by the date quoted for delivery you, the buyer shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before goods are posted or ordered from suppliers (for Wellness Systems orders eg. Wellness MGIII home system the shipping, handling, admin, custom parts costs to and from Wellness USA would apply in case of cancellation).
4. International Delivery - We can ship overseas subject to extra postage costs, taxes and laws. You will be informed of these costs before we go ahead with shipping your order. You will have an opportunity to cancel your order in case these costs are not satisfactory.

6. We shall not be liable to you, the buyer, for short delivery of the goods however caused but will provide you with the outstanding goods as soon as is reasonably practical. If however we have not delivered the outstanding goods within 28 days from the first date of delivery you, the buyer, shall be entitled to cancel the order for the outstanding goods
Return of goods
7. You, the buyer, will inspect the goods as soon after delivery as is reasonably practicable and will notify us of any shortages, defects in the goods or any other complaint in respect of them within 7 working days from the date the goods were delivered. Administration, shipping, handling and restocking fees may apply in case of a return and maybe subtracted from the refund. Sort Life Out Ltd does not pay postage for returns.

Important Information – For Wellness system orders (eg. MG-10, Kitchen System, MG-III, SIII, Shower System )
- Please take time and care to read the installation checklist (in the respective product user guide ) and please consult with a qualified engineer before ordering the Wellness systems as costs incurred in supplying and returning the unit are substantial (£1500 GBP approx for MG-10) and will not be refunded in the case of a return.
- Limited Warranty (Wellness Filters USA / Naturally Filtered USA) - Repair or replacement of the systems by NATURALLY FILTERED USA / WELLNESS ENTERPRISES USA requires the submission of the Warranty and may require shipping (possibly both ways) of the filter to NATURALLY FILTERED / WELLNESS ENTERPRISES (based in the USA) at customer cost (as there is currently no service centre in the UK). Please refer to the warranty information in the MGIII product user guide.
- In some cases there may be 90 day money back guarantee however in case of return or order cancellation the shipping, handling, admin and custom part costs to and from qWellness USA would apply (for the Home Systems MG-10 / MG-III £1500 - 1800 GBP approx) these costs would be subtracted in the event of a refund.
- Sort Life Out Ltd does not cover shipping or handling fees to or from Natirally Filtered / Wellness USA in case of Wellness system return, repair or cancellation.
