Precision Water Distiller Model PWS 45-75

Automatic operated compact water distiller. Ideal for light commercial operations. For larger tasks the units can be daisy chained together for high production volumes. This water distiller will deliver approximately 170 Ltrs of pure steam distilled water per 24 hour cycle. Model PWS 45-75 - Important Information - Tap Outlet required:

Thev PWS 45-75 distiller does not have a tap outlet included as standard. Either one's own pump system is required which can attach to the tube coming from the base of the holding tank.

Alternatively we recommend the purchase of the purpose built pump kit (please see below) which includes a tap and complete with all the required fittings.

Unique Features

When automatically filled, this distiller will produce approx 284 Ltrs of pure water and then automatically shut off.

Designed with the largest lid opening in the industry and a 'V' bottom boiler, your distiller is easier to maintain.

The Model PWS 45-75 Distiller has a high quality power and fan switches as well as a float switch that shuts the distiller off when the water level is low.

The raw or tap water is heated up and brought to a boil at which point the pure steam rises. The steam enters a baffle system that directs the steam towards the cooling coil. As the steam enters the cooling coil, a gas vent releases any volatile gases from the coil.

Optional Features

1) Distilled Water To A Convenient Location

A pump option can be easily attached to the holding tank. This independent pressure system allows the delivery of distilled water, on demand, to several locations in the work place. An ideal installation is to a separate tap to feed other appliances that can benefit from distilled water. A built in safety feature protects the pump should water no longer be available in the tank for distribution.

2) To Make Your Machine Practically Maintenance Free

Electronic auto drain option - Automatically drains the impurities from the boiling tank every 24 hours of distillation. Should the feed water quality be very poor, the electronic circuit board may be easily customized to 12, 6 or 3 hour draining cycles.
