Natural Conditioning

Scale formation is the precipitation of sparingly soluble salts, most commonly calcium carbonate, which form an encrustation on susceptible surfaces. Heat transfer is decreased by 95% by a CaCO3 scale layer 25 mm thick whereas an SiO2 scale layer 0.5 mm thick results in a 90 % decrease in heat transfer. *

Traditional chemical methods of scale control or water softening can be prohibitively expensive. Another amazing property of the Wellness Filter is that it conditions the water naturally to act like a softener without needing salts or other replacement materials.

Unlike reverse osmosis and distillation processes, the Wellness Filter does not remove beneficial minerals like calcium or magnesium, an excess of which is the reason for hard water, however Wellness Water behaves (due to the effects of the magnetic treatment layers within the filter) as if it has been softened and these minerals removed. As a result, water does not leave scale deposits on surfaces like glass, marble, kettles or any other commercially sensitive machines like boilers, coffee machines and steam cleaners. Q. How often do you need to change the filtration media?

A. After the 7 - 10 year period the system has to be rebuilt and the filtration media replaced, at a cost of approximately £1000 - £1500 GBP (not including shipping).
This will require shipment of the unit back to the USA unless there is a servicing distributor in the UK at that time.
