Important Information – Terms & Conditions

- Please take time and care to read the installation checklist (in the product user guide ) and please consult with a qualified engineer before ordering the Wellness system as costs incurred in supplying and returning the unit are substantial and will not be refunded in the case of a return.

- One Year Limited Warranty (USA) - Repair or replacement of the filter by WELLNESS ENTERPRISES USA requires the submission of the Warranty and may require shipping (possibly both ways) of the filter to WELLNESS ENTERPRISES (based in the USA) at customer's cost (as there is currently no service centre in the UK). Please refer to the warranty information in the product user guide. Product user guide is available on request.

- There is a 90 day money back guarantee however in case of return or order cancellation the shipping, handling, admin and custom part costs to and from Wellness USA would apply these costs would be subtracted in the event of a refund.

- Sort Life Out Ltd does not cover shipping or handling fees to or from Wellness USA in case of MGIII system return, repair or cancellation.
