Who is Naturally Filtered?
Naturally Filtered was formed by senior employees of Wellness, including David Johnson (General Manager) and Michael Jespersen (Sales Manager). As senior employees we were very concerned about the clients who had invested in Wellness Filter products and would need support, service, and replacement cartridges in the future. This concern was the driving reason behind the formation of Naturally Filtered. We intend to continue to support the Wellness Filter product line, and will also produce our own line of filtration products which will use the same industry-leading filtration technologies we designed for Wellness.
Inventory Status
We are currently producing the Shower, Shower Cartridge, Carafe, Carafe Cartridge, Home, and Kitchen S-III Cartridge Products. The kitchen system will be unavailable for at least 3 months. It is being redesigned to reduce the size of the base and cover. We will be using the same cartridge that we designed for Wellness, but hopefully at a dramatically reduced system price.

* Why did Wellness Filter close?
In late 2009 Wellness Filter was faced with several difficult financial decisions regarding large inventory purchases of the Wellness Shower & Wellness Kitchen products. They chose to delay those purchases until an "imminent" funding arrived. Unfortunately the funding continued to be delayed and they ran out of stock of the two products that supported the company financially. After nearly a year of continued delays and lack of significant income they were unable to continue operations and forced to close.
* How long will Naturally Filtered continue to support Wellness Filter products?
We intend to support the Wellness Kitchen, Shower, Home, and Carafe products into the foreseeable future. This is one of the primary reasons we formed Naturally Filtered.
* What happens if your Wellness Filter product has a problem?
Please contact us for support at support@naturallyfiltered.com or call Toll Free 800-428-9419. Although we cannot honor Wellness Filters' warranties we are providing free support and paid service for their products.
* Are Naturally Filtered products the same?
The cartridges for the Kitchen S-III and Carafe products, as well as the Carafes are identical. The Shower, Shower Cartridge and Home products use the same filters and are produced at the same facilities, but do not include the Japanese stones or magnets that Wellness was using.
* Why isn't Naturally Filtered using the Wellness enhancement stones?
Our company's focus is to produce the best filtration products available on the market and sell them at competitive prices. The "enhancement" media increased the cost of the systems by 2 or 3 times and without a landmark study to validate the value of the media we decided not to continue in that direction.
* Can you get Wellness enhanced units somewhere else?
Wellness Filter was the only company in the world utilizing their proprietary media and patented magnetic treatment processes. Although it is possible they may choose to re-open in the future and again offer enhanced products, right now the enhanced units are not available through them or anyone else.
