Due to many thousands of cases of aspartame disease, we are sending this to everyone who has reported them to us. If you get this notice in error, we

histories for class action on aspartame starting with brain tumors,
blindness, eye deterioration and seizures. We keep all case histories for
possible use later. We ask that you send a short case history, name,
