All our online payment processing systems are securely encrypted offering the highest protection for transactions. We do not store credit card information.
When it's time to enter card details make sure you see the padlock in the bottom of the web browser.
Our website is also tested daily by McAfee Secure to make sure our website is secure and hackersafe.
Payment Security
Our web site is compliant with 3D Secure credit card technology. Depending on your card issuer, your Visa or MasterCard may already be enrolled for the Verified-by-Visa or MasterCard SecureCode schemes. These schemes ensure that your card cannot be misused on the internet as it requires cardholder authentication for every transaction. If your card is already registered, you will be redirected to your bank's website for authentication purposes. We now have a telephone service operating for longer hours ie. Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 6pm (excluding bank holidays).
There is currently a 1.00 GBP surcharge fee for orders placed over the phone below £29.95 GBP.

Alternative Delivery Options
We can deliver to a different address than your billing address.
To do so, please include delivery address in 'Optional Instructions' section of order when making a payment. Alternatively e-mail us with your preferences.
Cheque orders made via our online store
Our online store offers a payment by cheque ordering option. Once registered with our online store, and in the checkout payment options page please choose: 'Check / Money Order' option.
This stores the order in our online system and in your account with us and makes it easier for order tracking and printing invoice / order form.
Please allow additional 2-5 working days after cheques have been rececived.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each product page has an expected postage processing time.
Ear Candles , Salt Lamps, Himalayan Salt orders sent within 1-2 working days.
Most EMF protection / detection products sent within 1-5 working days.
Wellness Filters, Water Carafes, Wellness Cartridges, sent within 5-10 working days.
( Commercial Water Distillers 14 days after cleared funds received. Payment by Bank Transfer)
( Wellness MGIII Home system 4-6 weeks. 50% deposit required. Payment by Bank Transfer)
Goods sent with 1st class mail take 1-2 working days to arrive after date of postage.
Orders sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier Delivery are normally delivered next day after date of dispatch.

I am not sure if my payment or order has been completed online. How do I check?
Normally when you complete an online order in our online store you should receive an automatic payment confirmation from the payments processor (eg. PayPal, Google Checkout, Protx etc.) as well as an email order confirmation from our online shop (unless via Google checkout). Please check your spam / junk mail folders & settings as emails often go there by mistake.

Does Sort Life Out Ltd send goods outside the UK?
We can send most goods to overseas destinations (except Q-Link products). We do our best to include delivery within the price however an additional postage charge may apply. Please place the order online or over the phone then we will contact you with the additional charge if one applies. For international orders please allow an extra 1 - 2 weeks for goods to arrive.

Do you have a retail outlet?
We have office premises based in SW9, London. However this is not currently a retail outlet. We can arrange for goods to be made available for collection there. Please contact us before coming to the office as goods may not be available / in stock. Please allow normal delivery time or at least 1-2 working days (can be 5-10 working days for some goods).

If you are not satisfied with goods received from us please contact us (by email or by phone) within 7 days of receiving delivery. Please return goods within 30 days. We do not pay postage for returns. Goods need to be in as good as new condition. We do not exchange opened, used or damaged products. Admin fee or restocking fee may apply if goods are not resellable.

Why don't I seem to receive a password reset by e-mail.
The password reset emails may have been deleted or moved to the junk / spam folders. For some reason our mail servers seem not to like hotmail and some other 'free' email accounts. If possible please use a non free email account and / or please check spam / junk mail folders.
With free email accounts you will still be able to login to our online store and check order status, but you may not receive password resets or order status updates via email.
